By requesting a commission from me, you agree with the following terms and conditions:

● Please be aware that I reserve the right to decline any commission I am requested for any reason.● If any design is deemed as "overly complicated" and I decide to draw it, there will be a small fee attached to the original price. Fees are done on a case by case basis.● I take no responsibility for a commissioner purchasing a product by mistake. Cancellations for these circumstances may only be made before I start the sketch. These go by a case by case basis.● Please note that all commissions will be drawn digitally. There will be no option for traditional drawings for these specific commissions at this time.

● By commissioning me, you agree to allow me to publish/post your commission as a means to expand my portfolio. You may deny this permission by explicitly informing me not to.● If the commissioner chooses to repost their commission, it is important that they DO NOT do the following things:
a.) Resell the art as their own
b.) Claim the art as their own● Please give proper credit to me, the artist, if you decide to repost the finished product.

● Payment for my commissions usually begin with half of the total price upfront and the rest of the half upon receiving the completed project. Paypal fees will be included.

● Most commissions usually take up to a week to be completed, but it has been known that some can take upwards to a month due any circumstances.● The commissioner will be reimbursed fully if I, for any reason, take longer than 60 days to complete a commission. The unfinished art in question will be discarded (or recycled for personal use) if you request a refund.● Rules regarding refunds will be on a case by case basis.
